Contract Heating was established in 1995 and we have over 20 fully trained Gas Engineers on the road on who are supported by an operations team at our base in Edinburgh. We carry out repair and maintenance work on domestic gas appliances, for Home Owners, Landlords and Property Managers.

Contract Heating carry out work for many of the leading Property Management companies in Edinburgh, our high first fix rates as required by the boiler manufacturers means that we are able to satisfy the requirements of both tenant and landlord. We also provide Gas Safety Checks for Landlords and Property Managers.

In recent years we have invested heavily in technology and can now provide all landlord certificates in electronic format. We also have a Log In facility on our website for Property Managers to easily track the progress of a job and therefore retain control of it.

Service Contracts can be provided and we have many private customers that use this facility. It helps to spread the cost of breakdowns over 12 months. A Service Contract also ensure that you receive a priority call next working day throughout the winter period, during this time Contract Heating often have to stop taking on new customers in order to maintain service levels for existing ones.
