*Spare parts used for repairs are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of fitting, labour is guaranteed for 1 month from this date. This does not effect your legal rights.
*The fixed price repair stated on our website is the labour that will be charged to repair the reported fault within the boiler, in the event of a subsequent fault occurring a further labour charge may apply. The fixed price repair may not cover faults external to the boiler or a replacement heat exchanger/heat bank and is conditional on there being access to the boiler without obstruction or difficulty.
