| In what we believe to be a first in our industry in Scotland, each Gas Engineer has access to a commercial PDA device which allows him to instantly access information about parts, schematics and other vital information about the customers boiler to enable him to fix the fault at the first customer visit. This technical innovation saves time and will also lead to savings for our customers. |
