Smart Phone Engineer Vehicle Location Tracker
We have introduced this service to allow our customers to track in real time the location of the engineer that will be attending their property today along with the number of prior visits he will be undertaking, all via their smart phone.
Why have we introduced a tracking service?
We receive a high volume of telephone calls each day from customers who wish to know what time our engineer will be attending their property. The tracker service is a major step forward to solving this problem and further enhance the service we provide to our customers.
How can I access the tracker service?
On the day that your job is booked in Contract Heating will send a text with a link to the tracker that you can access on your smart phone.
Engineers schedule can change at a short notice
If you need to go out for a short period of time to walk the dog or the shops etc, then we advise that you take your mobile with you and check our tracker frequently.
Tracker Access Requirements
The tracker is only available to customers who have access to a smart phone.
